1What is the age requirement to attend your events?
The Throne Group events cater to adults 21+. We recommend ladies aged 21 or over and gentlemen 23 and over.
2What is the dress code?
Dress Code is upscale fashionable attire. We do not permit: baseball caps, sandals, sneakers, boots, ripped or baggy clothing or athletic wear. Shorts and tank tops maybe allowed at pool and day parties. **Tables are NOT exempt from dress code** We recommended: – Collared shirts, fitting pants, and hard bottom shoes for men. – Cocktail dresses and high heels for women.
3How much is admission?
Admission at the door will vary based on the event. General admission on club events Thursday through Sunday is normally $20. We cater to the beautiful LADIES by offering complimentary admission before 11pm with RSVP and offer discount admission for the GENTLEMEN before 11pm. More details for each event are available on the events page on our website.
4How do I sign up for the guest list?
Guest List is only available on designated evenings. Please call 214.699.6325 for the most up to date information on Guest List.
5How do I purchase tickets?
Limited pre-sale tickets are available online at the event page and on our website. Best pricing is available when tickets are released.
6Where do I go if I've purchased general Admission tickets?
Please proceed to the designated Ticketing line at the front entrance. There will be a designated entry for ticket holders. Our friendly door staff are always available to direct you.
7Do I need to print my ticket?
Printing your ticket is an option. You may also show the QR code for your ticket directly on your phone for scanning and entry.
8What happens if I lose my ticket?
Ticket confirmation is emailed to you upon purchase/registration. You can show your electronic ticket on your cell phone or reprint your ticket prior to arrival.
9Important ticketing and entry information.
The Throne Group guarantees that all tickets purchased directly from The Throne Group including Eventbrite. We do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from another source unless they are an approved ticketing vendor by The Throne Group . Management Reserves all rights to control entrance into the venue including pre-purchased ticket holders. Management may refuse entry to any ticket holder as they see fit including, but not limited to, dress code violations, intoxicated patrons, unruly patrons, black listed patrons and patrons with illegal substances or carrying out illegal acts. For seamless entry, please plan accordingly.
